Estate Planning
If you are over the age of 18 and own assets you should have valid Estate Planning documents in place that enable your assets to be dealt with in the event of your death or incapacity.
Estate Planning documents generally consist of a Will, Enduring Power of Attorney and Advance Care Directive. Without these documents in place your assets will be dealt with in accordance with legislative requirements and will very probably not reflect your wishes. Additionally, substantial costs and time will be saved by ensuring valid Estate Planning documents have been prepared.
Mark Lumley, a solicitor with over 25 years’ experience, is partnering with Catalyst Foundation on a series of presentations about Estate Planning that will provide helpful information about what you need to do to ensure your assets are dealt with in accordance with your wishes.
