LGBTIQA+ is an umbrella term used to describe our diverse communities. These letters stand for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer, Asexual or other gender and sexual diversities.
The initialism is used by people to describe their sexual or gender identity (although we acknowledge there are other words people may also choose to use to describe their sexuality or gender identity).
Our LGBTIQA+ Communities Programs Officer sends a monthly e-newsletter with information and news relating to our LGBTIQA+ activities, as well as inclusive programs, services and upcoming events.
