Beth Davidson-Park

Beth has extensive leadership and management experience in both government and community sectors and is on a number of boards across a range of industries and organisations.

Currently General Manager of Alwyndor Aged Care, Chair of estara and Chair of Catalyst Foundation, Beth has worked as Director Operations for the City of Adelaide, General Manager Community and Housing for AnglicareSA, Director Strategy for Southern Cross Care (SA & NT) and General Manager Corporate for the City of Onkaparinga. 

Beth is passionate about making a difference in all that she does. She is a strong advocate for social justice and for the delivery of the best possible outcomes for both organisations and individuals. She has the ability to support and develop those around her, championing, encouraging and equipping leaders and teams to be courageous in their responses to challenges and to develop creative approaches to projects, programs and problems.

Jonathan Lardner

Deputy Chair

Jonathan Lardner

Jonathan is passionate in the belief that people with a disability have the same rights as everyone else in the community and have access to well designed, well located, safe and secure housing of their choice.

He can assist in achieving this goal by providing consultancy and advice to NDIS service providers, builders and developers and NDIS participants who wish to develop SDA housing, and by supporting people with a disability locate housing which meets their specific needs and personal choices.​

Eliza Sims

Eliza Sims

Eliza has worked in her current role at Nexia Edwards Marshall for the past 6 years. Her background started in the health space, obtaining a bachelors degree in Physiology in New Zealand, before moving to Adelaide and completing a Masters in Public Health followed by a Masters in Accounting. She has always been a person interested in health, both physical and mental, spending a good portion of her life playing soccer – getting along to Adelaide United games whenever she can.  

As a classic finance minded person, Eliza aspires for the organisation to be self-sufficient and to continue to deliver the incredibly valuable services and information to vulnerable South Australians.

Michael Kromwyk

Michael Kromwyk

With over 30 years of executive leadership experience in marketing and sales, Michael is passionate about driving growth and quality for organisations that make a positive impact in the community. Michael currently serves as a Non-Executive director for CareWorks SA (Chair), Morialta Charitable Trust (new), and the NDS SA State Committee (new).

Michael holds a Bachelor of Theology from Flinders University (1992), an MBA from UniSA (2011), and is a Graduate of the AICD (2021). With interests in fitness – having completed three marathons – travel, and new experiences.

He is proud to contribute to the Catalyst Foundation, helping vulnerable people access information and be part of the community.

Yumiko Bonnardeaux

Yumiko Bonnardeaux

Yumiko is an accomplished communications and change management professional with extensive experience across diverse industries, including infrastructure, healthcare, and non-profit sectors in Australia and the United States. Her expertise encompasses a broad range of project management competencies, including establishing governance assurance processes, implementing strategic change frameworks, facilitating workshops, and driving continuous business process improvements. She enjoys synthesising complex information into strategic plans and communication initiatives to help steer high-profile projects to achieve organisational alignment and operational excellence.

Beyond her project-based expertise, Yumiko has also served as a trusted advisor and board member in the mental health and disability sectors, providing strategic leadership and oversight through periods of significant change.

Amy Hawke

Amy Hawke

Amy is an Occupational Therapist and healthcare leader with significant professional experience across public mental health services, community development projects and the University sector. Amy has completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Uni SA, 2011) and a Masters of Public Health (Flinders Uni 2019). With a strong commitment to social justice and service improvement, Amy is passionate about supporting the development of The Catalyst Foundation through strengthening systems and intersectoral partnerships.

In her spare time, Amy is a Mum to 3 young boys and enjoys spending time outdoors running and hiking.

Michael is a highly experienced executive and board member with a distinguished 49-year career across Federal and State Government agencies and leading global, national and state based organisations. Michael is recognised for advancing organisations through strategic and operational leadership, strong governance, and effective risk management. With a proven ability to build impactful business and community partnerships, Michael has successfully delivered multi-million-dollar service contracts and earned recognition for operational excellence and collaborative outcomes.

He brings a deep commitment to mission-driven work and a track record of fostering sustainable growth and positive community impact.
