The Catalyst Foundation’s free Seniors Information Phone Service connects you directly with a real person who will take the time to listen, understand your situation, and help you find the right information and support.

We offer independent, confidential and easy to understand guidance on:

  • Home support and aged-care options (including My Aged Care and private services).

  • Housing and retirement living choices.

  • Aged care homes – including permanent and respite vacancies.

  • Legal, financial and consumer matters (such as wills, powers of attorney, advanced care directives and concessions).

  • Local services, social activities and community supports across South Australia.
