Catalyst Foundation is running Digital Skills workshops for LGBTIQA+ community members who would like to build confidence using phones / laptops / ipads, or learn a specific skill. Workshops are held at various locations, and online. We also offer these to people within the Aged Care sector who are working with LGBTIQA+ people and would like to attend to boost their own knowledge.
Topics include:
- Using MyGov and accessing your COVID vaccination certificate
- Using Zoom / Skype / video calls
- Using Facebook
- Online shopping
- Using Libby (borrowing electronic books on your phone or iPad for free with your library card)
- Streaming & accessing free online tv shows / movies
If you are interested, or you know someone who might be, please contact our LGBTI+ Project Officer via email: lgbtiprojectofficer@catalystfoundation.com.au. Please check our events page for details.
