People with disability – your consumer rights
Under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), people with disability can now choose their own goods and services to support their needs. If you have a problem with any product or service you buy you can use your rights under the Australian Consumer Law to sort it out.

The NDIS will more than double the funding bucket for disability support in Australia. Since it began there have been some great experiences, and some issues.
Every Australian Counts have put together a short online survey so supporters like you can let governments and the National Disability Insurance Agency know what’s working and what’s not with the NDIS.

Exploring Housing Options Package (EHOP) for people living with disability and providers
People who are registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and are not happy with their current accommodation may make ‘Explore more appropriate housing options’ as one of their goals when preparing for their planning meeting.
