Catalyst Foundation is currently creating an online Statewide Directory of services, specifically aligned to the Veteran community, promoting open ended community support and nurturing partnerships with all South Australian Organisations.This directory of services will encompass services available to Veterans including: social connection both local and wider community, Services and providers information, Support groups, Health & Wellbeing services as well as lifestyle resources & learning opportunities.

The online Directory will be a sustainable resource that will continue to be maintained beyond the conclusion of the project and can be used freely by all South Australians who are seeking support for themselves as Veterans, Veteran families and communities, those who are advocating for Veterans and aligned organisations.

The Veterans Connect and Wellbeing Project is an effective way of creating a high quality accessible service that  links Veterans and their families to local community and individual supports.The outcomes will be the development and facilitation of bespoke information resources tailored to the individual needs of each participant and their families.
