On 28 June 2024, the Catalyst Foundation celebrated the completion of the Women45+ program.
The event captured the huge success and achievements of the 1000+ women from both metropolitan and regional SA, who participated to learn about the many facets of business development, to achieve their personal and professional goals.
We acknowledge the vast amount of support, collaboration and kindred spirit of some many people, business and other organisations who worked closely with the Catalyst Foundation.
Catalyst Foundation is exploring funding opportunities to continue this valuable work and also to include additional focus on employment engagement for Women 45+ and would love your feedback and support.
In the interim, the Women 45+ website will remain open as a valuable source of current and new information, tips, podcasts and a network of stakeholders all striving to support women achieve their goals and to pass on their valuable and inspirational stories.

Women45 project is an initiative of Catalyst foundation supported by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet’s Office for Women and funded under the Women’s Leadership and Development Program. The Women45 Collaborative supports unemployed, self-employed women and those working in jobs and business to network, up-skill and learn about business development, leadership, employment and economic enterprise.
The Women45 website offers a wealth of valuable resources and information tailored specifically for women in this age group, covering a wide range of topics including health and wellness, career advancement, relationships, self-care, and personal development. Women45 Collaborative Co-Working Hub provides a safe and inclusive space where women can connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. The hub is a go-to destination for women seeking inspiration, guidance, and community as they navigate the exciting and fulfilling journey of life after 45.
